iUniforms accepts Returns for garments in original purchased condition with all labels and tags attached within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. If the purchases were made using a credit card, the refund would be issued to that same card.
Effective April 1, 2019, a 15% Restocking Fee will be issued for all Returns.
Unfortunately, iUniforms cannot accept a return of merchandise that has been: worn, washed, damaged, used, altered. These items or garments will be returned to you at your expense.

How to Return or Exchange
Complete a Merchandise Return/Exchange form on our website.

2. Place item(s) to return or exchange into a box (or approved shipping bag/envelop).
3. Include the Merchandise Return/Exchange Form completed.
4. Tape box closed.
5. Adhere the FREE USPS Return Label to the box or bag.
6. Drop off at any US Postal Office or from your home or business.

Canceling an Existing Order
iUniforms strives to process all orders within three (3) days from receipt. Once this process has started, it may be difficult to stop within that three (3) day window. Should this happen, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the ordered items are returned according to policy guidelines.

Manufacturer’s Warranty Policy
iUniforms takes great pride in the quality and workmanship of our products. We offer a Limited Warranty* against defects in materials or workmanship (zippers, buttons, stitches). If you believe you have received an item that has a defect, please return the garment to us. Upon evaluation, we will advise you if the defect is covered under the Limited Warranty. At our discretion, we will either repair the product without charge, or replace it with a comparable item in the same color and size.
Please note that the Limited Warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear (such as rips, tears, abrasions, UV degradation) or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.
Our Limited Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser against manufacturer defects for a period 30 days. To ensure the health and welfare of our staff, please properly clean all items before shipping to us for evaluation. Soiled garments will be sent out to a professional cleaning service prior to processing and we will assess an extra charge for that service. Please be advised that sending out a product for cleaning adds an unexpected delay of two weeks or more in the processing of your items.
You may return your defective item(s) by referring the return/exchange instructions. iUniforms is not responsible for lost in-bound packages.
