Returns & Exchanges
iUniforms gladly accepts returns, as long as the item is in originally purchased condition, within 30 days from the time you received the garments. All labels and tags must be attached. We do not accept returns of laundered, worn, altered or personalized garments. If purchase was made with a credit card, a refund will be issued to the same card. (Please allow 2 billing cycles for credit to appear on your statement.)
Canceling an Existing Order
We strive to process all orders within three days of your order being placed. Sometimes it is not possible for us to stop the delivery process of an order that has already been dispatched. Should this happen, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the items are returned within the following guidelines. iUniforms gladly accepts exchanges, as long as the item is in originally purchased condition, within 30 days from the time you receive the garments. All labels and tags must be attached. We do not accept exchanges on laundered, worn, altered or personalized garments. Exchanges can be dropped off at our convenient drop boxes located at the schools. Exchanged items will be shipped back to you via free ground shipping for no additional cost.
How to Return or Exchange
- Please complete the Exchange/Return form when returning items back to us. The form is available at the school and on our website.
- Merchandise may be returned or exchanged via the drop box at your school.
- Items may also be shipped back to us for exchange or refund. The cost of return shipping will be your responsibility.

Manufacturer’s Warranty Policy
iUniforms takes great pride in the quality and workmanship of our products. We offer a Limited Warranty* against defects in materials or workmanship (zippers, buttons, stitches). If you believe you have received an item that has a defect, please return the garment to us. Upon evaluation, we will advise you if the defect is covered under the Limited Warranty. At our discretion, we will either repair the product without charge, or replace it with a comparable item in the same color and size.
Please note that the Limited Warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear (such as rips, tears, abrasions, UV degradation) or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.
Our Limited Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser against manufacturer defects for a period 30 days. To ensure the health and welfare of our staff, please properly clean all items before shipping to us for evaluation. Soiled garments will be sent out to a professional cleaning service prior to processing and we will assess an extra charge for that service. Please be advised that sending out a product for cleaning adds an unexpected delay of two weeks or more in the processing of your items.
You may return your item via the iUniforms drop boxes located at the schools or you may ship your items to us via US Mail, UPS or FedEx. However, the shipping charges will be your responsibility; please make sure to obtain a tracking number for your items. iUniforms is not responsible for lost in-bound packages.
