What is my school code on your website?
It’s the first three letters of your school. Example: Charter School of Doral, the code will be DOR.

Where are you located and can I purchase uniforms at your store?
We are an online retailer with 24/7 online access. We offer iSize Kiosks at your school, which allows both parents and students to confirm sizing, and to touch and feel the garments.
If you still need help, we will gladly assist with any questions or sizing issues that you may have.

How will my order be shipped?
We ship all orders USPS Priority Mail free of charge. You may request Express shipping, which is next day if you require; please see shipping options when placing your order.

When will I receive my merchandise?
Our normal turnaround time is 2 to 3 business days, most orders ship within 24 hours. During our busy season (July, August and September) orders will ship within 4 to 7 business days.

How can I return or make exchanges?
All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt, with tags attached to every item. Fill out the Merchandise Return/Exchange Form (printable from our website) and then place item(s) into a box, tape close, and adhere the FREE USPS RETURN LABEL that was received with your shipment. Finally, drop off at a US Postal Office or send the package from your home or business at your convenience.
Or ship to us at iUniforms, Inc., 1340 Stirling Road, 2A, Dania Beach, Florida 33004, at your expense. This includes a lost USPS Return Label.

My item is (stained, torn, damaged, etc.) is there a warranty policy?
We have a 30-Day Warranty Policy pertaining to manufacturer defects. You may send your product in for consideration if you have received it within this time frame, and all tags are attached to the garment.

I am measuring my child and still cannot find the right fit. What can I do?
Please review our helpful sizing chart on our website, which includes helpful tips such as: In order to find the right fit for pant length, measure from the inner thigh down and follow the “inseam” measurements on the chart. For tops, measure all the way around the chest, then from shoulder to shoulder. For the bottoms, measure all the way around the waist just above the belly button. If you are still having a difficult time, we recommend that you stop by our iSize kiosk at your school.

What is the best way to wash and care for my uniforms?
Follow the care instructions in the garment. We suggest cold or warm water, pre-treat spots with a non-chlorine bleach. Turn inside out and wash with similar colors. Machine dry on warm or line dry. Many items such as sweaters, sweatshirts, etc., look better when washed inside out so lint does not attach to the right side of the garment.

Why do I need a different size than what I wear in my street clothes?
Uniforms are specially tailored for measurements. It is crucial that you measure your child and follow the dimensions on our sizing chart.

Why do I need to order uniforms, they are so expensive?
Uniforms are actually a cost benefit to parents. A uniform wardrobe is less costly then street clothing. Additionally, uniforms are more durable and easier to care for. Other benefits include: enhanced academic performance; increased school safety and school spirit; less peer pressure; and no disagreements about what to wear between parents and child(ren).

Where can I get a coupon code? Your website has an option to input a coupon code.
We provide coupon codes for teachers, staff, and for special event volunteers.

Why does my order say payment pending? Is there a problem? What is going on with my order?
Orders will show a “Pending” status until all items are shipped and the order is completed. It does not necessarily mean that there is a problem with your payment method. Pending is an initial hold depending on your bank, and will ‘fall-off’ after a few days. Your order may ship during this timeframe or ship subsequently at which time your credit card will be charged for ONLY shipped garments. We NEVER charge for garments that are not shipped. If your order contains a back-ordered garment, your credit card will not be charged until it is shipped.

I sent my return/exchange in and I have not received anything.
We always try our best and understand what is important to you, we are parents also. Please note that during our peak season, we are processing thousands of orders weekly, and from time to time, we may have delays and the process may take a little longer than usual. We will do the best we can to process your return as soon as possible.

I only received part of my order and it is paid for. Where is the rest and when is it coming?
Your items are shipped separately as soon as they become available. In the case of a back-ordered garment(s), you will not be charged for these items (backordered) as we do not charge for any items until they are shipped.

Are you able to sew the school patch only?
No, all our garments are embroidered not sewn or ironed with the school logo. This is to ensure quality and durability.

I want a different color polo shirt or I don’t like your color shirts.
iUniforms does not set the dress code for your school, we were hired to provide uniforms only. For dress code related issues, please contact your school administration for help.
